What are the pads made of?
Each pad has seven engineered layers, starting with a 100% virgin cotton top layer that stays fresh and dry. 200+ perforations, a side leak lock and a breathable back layer do the rest.
How often should I change my pad?
Doctors recommend changing your pad every 4 to 6 hours, and sooner on heavy-flow days. It keeps you comfortable and helps prevent rashes and bacteria.
Will it stay in place when I move?
Yes. Two upper and two lower wings hold the pad in place, a strong adhesive keeps it secure, and the wider coverage means you can move without worrying.
Are the pads safe for sensitive skin?
They're IS 5405 certified with no fragrance, no sulphates and no bleach. A soft top layer on the wings reduces friction and the risk of rashes.
Is delivery discreet?
Always. Your box arrives in plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside that hints at what's inside — and shipping is free.
From the WythHer Journal
Why Does Your Pad Leak Even When It Isn't Full?: A pad can leak before it's full when it has shifted out of place, when it's too short for how you sit or sleep, or when blood arrives faster than the pad can absorb it. A better fit, longer coverage and changing on time stop most leaks. If you soak through pads every 1 to 2 hours, talk to a doctor.
Why Does Your Period Smell Different? What's Normal and What's Not?: Period blood naturally has a mild, slightly metallic smell because blood contains iron. A stronger smell usually builds up when a pad is worn too long. A strong fishy smell, or any smell with itching, burning or unusual discharge, isn't a normal period smell and is worth checking with a doctor.
Why Does Period Blood Come Out When You Stand Up?: While you sit or lie down, period blood can collect in the vagina instead of flowing out steadily. When you stand up, gravity lets it all come out at once, which feels like a sudden gush. It's normal, especially in the morning and on heavier days. Frequent soaking or large clots are worth checking with a doctor.
Why Does Your Vaginal Discharge Change Throughout the Month?: Vaginal discharge changes through your cycle because your hormones change. It's often light after your period, clear, slippery and stretchy around ovulation, and thicker, white or creamy before your period. White discharge before periods is usually normal. A fishy smell, itching, or green, yellow or cottage-cheese-like discharge is worth getting checked.
Why Am I So Tired During My Period?: Feeling tired around your period is common. Changing hormone levels, cramps, poor sleep and low mood can all drain your energy. If your periods are heavy, losing blood every month can also lead to iron deficiency anaemia, which causes tiredness, breathlessness and pale skin. Severe or lasting tiredness is worth getting checked.
Why Our Pad?: There are hundreds of pads on the shelf. Here's why we spent months asking 200+ women what bothers them, and then built a pad, one layer at a time, to fix exactly that.
What's Really Inside the Moody Box?: Period essentials and one unexpected surprise. Here's everything packed into our first-ever product, and why each item earned its place.
How Often Should You Change Your Pad?: Even on a light day, the answer isn't "whenever it's full". A simple guide to staying fresh, comfortable and rash-free all cycle long.
Why Does a Virgin Cotton Top Layer Matter?: The layer that touches your skin all day deserves the most attention. Here's what "virgin cotton" means and why we chose it.
